How much oil did you overfill? Just drain some of it out until your at the correct level. How bad is the head leak? If it's just seeping, just clean it off and see how bad it gets before you go tearing into the head for no reason. The Savage tends to seep around the head and that's really no big deal unless you just bought the bike and it's still under warranty.
